How much does a barrel of oil really cost, including the trillions of $$ cost in military action to get it?
and how does THAT cost compare to solar, the free energy? The United States taxpayers fund the military, which gets the oil, but where does it go when the giant, multinational oil corporations like EXXON, Shell, BP, etc. take it out of other countries’ oil fields?
A law is being shoved down Iraqi throats, that gives $10 Billion worth of oil to the giant, multinational oil corporations. Oil corporations usually charge 5% to take oil out of the ground. These multinationals are getting 100%?
If this war is just, and Iraqis really DO want us there to protect them, to ‘liberate’ them, shouldn’t that oil money be RETURNED TO U.S. TAXPAYERS?
Beyond the cost in monetary figures the cost in lives has been tremendous. 655,000 Iraqi lives, over 3000 American lives, the toll is terrible for the profit of a few.
