Can I live in a caravan for a year and park it anywhere?
I am going to be working away from home in Scotland during the week. I was thinking of cutting costs by living in a caravan Mon – Fri and living at home at the weekends.
What kind of caravan do I need? Should I use a caravan park or could I get away with parking in different lay-bys/ roadsides each night? Could I survive with a solar panel and gas stoves/heaters etc (without needing an electric hook-up)?
No. You need to park it in a licensed camping park. You can’t even park a caravan in Edinburgh during the day.
