eco houses design
4 questions re. the King Alfred Centre proposal.?
The King Alfred wanted to rebuild itself as a leisure centre with housing etc, this design was rejected and I wondered whether that building:
-was going to be eco friendly in the long term?
-would have reduced the desirability of the local are?
-seemed a bad idea to the local residents?
-was rejected by a fair panel?
