China Housing Sector Outlook 2013
Chinese housing sector is relatively young but is one of the most dynamic sectors in the world. It has emerged as an important investment instrument for the people in China over the last decade. Although the market is not completely immune to the economic crisis, it started getting affected somewhere around mid-2008.
