Given the number of times per day a person will flush a toilet, this adds to a significant amount of water wastage. It is important to recognize the signs of poor water quality.
Finally, newer washing machines and dishwashers with eco-friendly settings are now available that use as little as 50% of the water used by older machines, and have settings that reduce the temperature automatically, and compact machines for the smaller family are readily available.
Making your home water wise is a quick step you can take to reduce water wastage, save money, and feel great about helping the environment. You can certainly prevent water pollution in your home. You may even get a rebate for being green.
